Apartments New City

Guests consistently praise the excellent location near AUC, malls, and cinemas, along with strong value for money and apartment-style units. Staff are frequently described as friendly and helpful. However, several reviewers note inconsistent cleanliness, maintenance issues such as unreliable hot water and leaking AC, and ongoing construction around the property. Overall, it offers a practical budget stay, though attention to upkeep and housekeeping standards is needed.
