Tiki Lodge Hotel Modesto

Guests frequently praise the affordable rates, comfortable beds, and generally friendly staff. However, complaints are heavily concentrated on poor hygiene (roaches, odors, unclean rooms), outdated and broken facilities (TVs, Wi-Fi, plumbing), and a sketchy neighborhood with homeless encampments. The experience is highly polarized, offering good value for budget travelers but requiring tolerance for maintenance and cleanliness issues.
