Our hotel renders ones stay, whether it be for work or leisure, a pleasurable experience not only due to the refined surroundings into which it welcomes its guests but also for the professionalism and friendliness of its staff. Our aim is to make our guests feel at home whilst providing them with all the comforts and services of a four star hotel. The establishment is situated in a beautiful historical building in the heart of Messina, Sicily, in via XXVII Luglio 115, a stone's throw from the main theatres, the exhibition centre and the principal banks and offices. Providing all the services that a business-person may require during an extensive period in a new town, La Residenza is ideal for those seeking long-term accommodation. It is also perfect for shorter breaks where simply relaxation is sought
