Schiller's Manufaktur

Classic Cuisine, Mediterranean Cuisine · ★ Michelin

Culinary excellence is guaranteed at Hotel Stein, thanks to chef-patron Mike Schiller and his dishes based on high-quality ingredients. Available by pre-order with 24 hours' notice, the four-course surprise menu "PhantasTisch" showcases the chef’s passion for inventive plant-based cuisine, with the possibility of adding a fish or meat course. The wonderfully aromatic "vegetable essence" is always an optional extra. As an alternative to the set menu, there is an à la carte selection of French classics that boast impressive depth of flavour and character – standouts include the remarkably robust

Exclusivity is a word that comes to mind when thinking about this small restaurant in the Fährhaus hotel: a prime location on the Moselle riverfront, an elegant, upscale interior accommodating only 20 diners. Four of these are at the Chef's Table in the open kitchen, which is visible from every corner. Right at the pass, the chefs welcome you with a first pre-dinner drink. The culinary reins are held by Yannick Noack, previously acclaimed for his work at PURS in Andernach. He serves up a modern and creative take on classic cuisine. Dishes such as Breton sole with Savoy cabbage, red pepper and

This delightful little restaurant is nestled in the heart of the old town. Patrons appreciate the inviting interior and the extremely friendly service, not to mention the modern seasonal cuisine. The ingredients are sourced as locally as possible – the restaurant even has its dedicated producers: For example, they have a farmer grow vegetables specifically for them. One of the two set menus comprising four to eight courses is vegetarian. The combination of yoghurt, zucchini, black garlic and lemon oil is a particularly original and well-balanced dish. The charming Brunnenhof is a lovely seclud

In the centre of the village, this half-timbered house dating from 1647 is a real gem. It is home to this restaurant run by Anita and Stefan Schleier with great dedication since 2001. The cosy atmosphere and traditional decor are as compelling as the ambitious Mediterranean cuisine based on carefully selected seasonal produce. Mouthwatering dishes include salmon with wild garlic risotto and melted tomatoes or "variation of veal with peas and carrots". There is also a well-curated wine list. The terrace in front of the old barn is another lovely feature. Tip for motorists: Public car park just

She courteously and competently oversees the service; he cooks up tasty regional and seasonal dishes, which are always modern in inspiration – served as a set menu or À la carte.

Carina and Christoph Schmah now have a wonderful second eatery for their hotel and restaurant, Landhaus Halferschenke, in the form of this small fine dining restaurant. Behind the pretty quarry stone façade of this historical building, the space has a pleasantly calm and elegant atmosphere. Expert wine recommendations come courtesy of the cordial and proficient service team. The food is modern but grounded in the classics, with the chef-patron rustling up a six- to eight-course set menu out of top-notch ingredients. The restaurant has just four tables, for up to 12 guests, so be sure to book!

In this beautiful quarry-stone building dating from 1832, the Schmah family serve ambitious cuisine that revolves around top-notch ingredients and the seasons – from sole and Aubrac beef to oysters and turbot from Brittany. You can opt to dine à la carte or go for a set menu. In addition to the food, diners can look forward to attentive service in a tasteful setting with a country-house feel. In summer, the gorgeous terrace beckons. In addition, MA PETITE CHAMBRE is a small gourmet haven serving a set menu. They have four well-kept guestrooms for overnight stays.
