The property, listed as a heritage building, is in the town centre of Hyères, in the heart of the Côte d'Azur, the region boasting France's most exclusive beaches and resorts. Hyères is a good base to explore the Côte d'Azur and the Var, with a beautiful mountain and seascape. Le Haut Var, with villages high in the mountains and forests, is ideal for hiking or fishing, canoeing and swimming in the lakes and rivers. The Var, with its 300 km of shoreline and famous resorts such as Saint-Tropez and marina towns, is an ideal holiday destination. Places of interest in Hyères include the medieval quarter, which is near the property, or visitors may wish to get a ferry to the stunning Porquerolles island. The hotel offers a casino, bar, Mediterranean cuisine restaurant, regular shows and concerts and function rooms and the rooms have terrace with views, Wi-Fi, satellite TV and marble bathroom.
