The hotel is set on the hills of Pesaro, only 5 km from the town centre and 2 km from the sea. It is surrounded by an amazing green and peaceful landscape. The town centre as well as the railway station are also reachable by bus; the bus stop is only 30 m from the hotel. The nearest airports are in Rimini (30 km) and Ancona (50 km). The historical dwelling was built in the XVII century with original ceiling frescoes by Berrettoni and Italian gardens with a sea view. Connected to the villa and recently renewed, are 35 spacious and soundproof rooms. Use of mountain bikes is free for guests. Situated in a green and peaceful position, it is the ideal place to relax reading a book in great calm and reserve. The air-conditioned establishment welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Facilities on offer to guests include a hotel safe, lift access, a TV lounge, a bar and breakfast room. Business guests are sure to appreciate the conference facilities. WLAN Internet access is provided and those arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the car park. For additional fees guests may take advantage of the room and laundry services. The hotel is furnished with rooms of different types, furnished smartly in style and provided with individually regulated air conditioning and heating, satellite TV, ADSL Internet access, a minibar, a safe for PC and a telephone.
