A restaurant with an informal, contemporary feel run by young Brazilian-born chef Diego Ferreira. Here, the central counter (where you can also eat) takes centre stage, with the open kitchen behind it enabling guests to view the production process in full flow. The fusion-style menu is highly personal and includes recipes from different parts of the globe (the aubergine with white miso paste and foie gras came as a particularly pleasant surprise).
