CHECK IN ONLINE OR AFTER 8PM. Please provide your email address. Check-in for the apartments is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If you arrive after 8:00 PM, you will have to check-in at the Eurostars Regina Hotel (C/ San Vicente, 97), a 10-minute walk from the apartments, or check-in online. Our reception hours for the apartments are from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If you are arriving after 8:00 PM, or prefer to check-in online, you can do so this way, as long as you notify us in advance at: reservas@apartamentosmetropolis. com, where you will indicate your reservation number and name. To guarantee your reservation and for security reasons, you will be asked for a bank guarantee card. IMPORTANT: if the details are not provided, you must go to the Hotel Eurostars Regina after 8pm.
