Guest scores & sentiment

Guests highly praise the exceptional hospitality, particularly Arabic-speaking staff like Reem and Maryam, and frequent room upgrades. Breakfast is abundant and delicious. Location is excellent near malls and airport. Minor cons include limited parking, occasional maintenance issues (hairdryer, curtains), and non-buffet breakfast style.
