It’s hard not to be delighted by this restaurant occupying the former stables of a mansion (now the one-Michelin-key Sant Francesc Hotel Singular) with the additional benefit of a charming landscaped garden-patio. The chefs at the helm, Carles Forteza and Alvar Albaladejo, conjure up Mediterranean cuisine with a constant nod to locally grown ingredients and Mallorcan cooking. Quadrat is open for dinner from Thursday to Monday (choose between an à la carte and a tasting menu entitled L'Entorn). A different menu is served for Sunday lunch, on which rice dishes take centre stage.
