The cuisine is meticulous in its details, with dishes that tell the story of the territory through refined presentations. The tasting menu celebrates lake products, while the à la carte selection strikes a balance between lake, land, and garden. Don’t miss the “Del Leone” spaghetti: freshwater prawns, ginger, and lime in a fresh and spicy embrace.

The Italian cuisine served here is prepared simply, allowing the quality of the ingredients (many of which are sourced locally) to shine through. Fish from the lake takes pride of place, although saltwater fish also features. There’s also a good selection of wine.

The creative recipes are influenced by the Trento region, as well as elsewhere in Italy and across the globe in dishes that awaken guests’ curiosity and delight their palate.
