Weekly cleaning with linen change, Wi-Fi, and use of the on-site fitness room are included in the rent. Other amenities include an elevator to all floors, a laundry room with washing machines and dryers (for a fee), a doorbell with an intercom, a private mailbox, bicycle parking, and parking spaces in the on-site underground garage (for a fee, subject to availability). Ideally located, both Berlin Brandenburg Airport and the city center are just a few minutes' drive away.
