The cooking here is described here as “new Canarian cuisine” that features local ingredients and an American and Mexican touch. It’s hard not to be delighted by this restaurant occupying the former stables of a mansion (now the one-Michelin-key Sant Francesc Hotel Singular) with the additional benefit of a charming landscaped garden-patio. The chefs at the helm, Carles Forteza and Alvar Albaladejo, conjure up Mediterranean cuisine with a constant nod to locally grown ingredients and Mallorcan cooking. Quadrat is open for dinner from Thursday to Monday (choose between an à la carte and a tasting menu entitled L'Entorn).
