Although there are meat dishes, fish and shellfish lead the way on a menu where you could opt for a light, wallet-friendly meal or splash out and celebrate. Oysters are available to start, of course, but the Baltic herring is a great alternative and main dishes like halibut with spaghetti show subtle creativity while still highlighting the natural flavours of the ingredients.
