Nestled on 70 acres of Kauai's sunny south coast, this condominium resort delights guests with ocean views, tropical gardens, private pools, and tennis courts. Golfing, dining, and shopping are nearby. The resort's prime location is adjacent to Brennecke's Beach, Shipwreck Beach, and the Spouting Horn blowhole. Guest accommodations are located within five distinct communities: Kahala, Regency, Manualoha, Makanui, and Poipu Sands, each with its own unique character and style. All suites feature tropical furnishings reflecting the relaxed island lifestyle. These spacious, upscale condominiums offer fully equipped kitchens and private lanais, with daily maid service provided. Resort amenities include six swimming pools, two jet spas per community for added privacy, nine tennis courts, and a jogging/walking trail. Excellent shopping, dining, and sightseeing opportunities are all close at hand. In compliance with State Law Act 295, all accommodations within this resort are non-smoking.
