Guests praise the convenient location, spotless modern interiors, comfortable beds, and hospitable hosts offering breakfast and smoked trout. Complaints focus on the intimidating old building exterior, low ceilings/stuffy air in some units, limited hot water, and one severe cancellation dispute.
