This fine dining restaurant is as chic as the designer hotel of the same name. Whether in the conservatory or the lounge area, the modern, minimalist decor feels both cosy and stylish. The historical Rührberger Hof estate, which is home to this long-established family business, has been around since 1902. The fact that it was once used for farming is no longer apparent today. The pleasingly modern interior is an attractive setting in which to savour the excellent cuisine of brothers Christoph und Felix Düster. This is based on classical foundations and takes its cue from the region and the seasons. At lunchtime, the reasonably priced set menu of the day is very popular. There are also well-kept contemporary-style guestrooms.

The premium quality of the ingredients is evident in dishes such as "pizokel (buckwheat dumplings), Périgord truffle, spinach, hazelnut" or "guinea fowl, sherry, parsley root, Andengold potato". The atmosphere is pleasingly laid-back and casual, not least thanks to the easy-going, attentive and ever-present service und

This venue calls to mind a culinary school courtesy of its purebred Gallic menu (ballotine of duck foie gras, beef fillet, Mirabelle plums flambéed in armagnac) and starched table service. Tradition and classicism reign all ‘around the table’.
