This is the second restaurant run by Florian Kellerbauer in the historical centre of Dinkelsbühl. Housed in a former bank, a short walk from his Altdeutsches Restaurant, the chef-patron has created a dining experience centred on "Heimat" cuisine. "Modern tavern cuisine" is the name of the game in this family-run establishment, which has been in business for 12 generations in a quiet suburb of Ellwangen. At the helm is the son, Dennis Wiche, who has previously worked in several MICHELIN-starred restaurants.
