Guest scores & sentiment

From 125 guest reviews · multi-source · as of 2026-07-19

Guests overwhelmingly praise the warm family atmosphere, exceptionally friendly staff, and high-quality cuisine. The kids' club and professional childcare are highly appreciated, alongside the tranquil mountain setting and well-equipped wellness/pool facilities. Minor drawbacks include some older apartments needing renovation, carpeting unsuitable for dust mite allergies, a relatively small pool during peak occupancy, and occasional inconsistencies in sauna operating hours.
