Guests highly praise the exceptionally friendly and professional staff, spacious rooms with full kitchens and washers, delicious breakfast with diverse options, and complimentary lobby coffee. The location near the metro and free shuttle service are also highlighted. Minor concerns include occasional early check-in waits, nearby construction noise, and limited breakfast variety for specific diets.
