Part of the Country House Villadorata resort in the hills outside Noto, this restaurant boasts a delightful setting with the sea as a backdrop, surrounded by gardens which provide many of the vegetables used in the cuisine. Matteo Carnaghi is at the helm in the kitchen, with excellent results and a cuisine is firmly rooted in Sicilian ingredients, offered through two tasting menus of flexible length, with dishes also available à la carte.
