Guests highly praise the prime location near metro and attractions, clean and spacious rooms, essential amenities like AC and elevator, and friendly staff. Main complaints focus on street noise due to thin soundproofing, occasional missing room amenities (e.g., kettle), and basic breakfast options. Despite minor maintenance issues, the overall experience is positive with good value for money.
