Andrea Larossa

Italian Contemporary, Seasonal Cuisine · ★ Michelin

€€€€

Across the Po from the city center, where ample, convenient parking invites a stress-free stop, a luminous dining room awaits, one that once hosted recreational gatherings and social events. Today it retains that same spirit of conviviality, marked by genuine smiles, attentive service, and measured professionalism. In the kitchen, Andrea Larossa demonstrates a deep command of Piedmontese ingredients and traditions, enriched by Southern Italian influences inherited from his family origins and a natural inclination toward contemporary creativity. Two tasting menus favor pleasure over ingredient

The top floor of the Lingotto shopping center – a quintessential Turin landmark, once a Fiat factory whose rooftop test track has been transformed into a visitable botanical garden – is the site of an easily reached restaurant thanks to clear signage at the entrance. Once seated, guests may choose from four tasting menus (all available à la carte): the Piedmontese tradition of Radici, the contemporary restraint of Gli Essenziali, the vegetarian Botanic World and the creative Zero/100 km/h, as well as Trust, a ‘blind’ journey guided by the kitchen’s sensitivity. Whichever the choice, the experi

This local restaurant is decorated in vintage style with books, furnishings and decor all evoking the early 20C. The cuisine is regional in flavour and includes some surprising technical touches – the “vasocottura” rabbit tuna (cooked in a jar) is superb, while the beef cheek with mashed potato is served with an intensely flavoured gravy. Top-quality, authentic cuisine.

Madama Piola

Piedmontese, Traditional Cuisine

€€

The aptly named Madama Piola (in Piedmontese dialect, “piola” is a village inn) has a simple yet attractive and friendly ambience that serves as a backdrop for typical Piedmontese dishes. Highlights include the memorable stuffed onion, as well as tonnato, braised cheeks and hot zabaglione. Regional wines take pride of place on the wine list, which includes a good selection by the glass.

Marchese

Italian Contemporary, Seasonal Cuisine

Located in a still-central area of the city, this restaurant is not a new opening but has recently reinvented its identity by entrusting the kitchen to a Roman chef with a solid background. The culinary offering maintains a classic structure, with a choice between a “surprise” tasting menu and an extensive à la carte selection. In the kitchen, local and national traditions intertwine, enriched by an international touch that translates into visually striking, colorful creations that above all deliver on the palate. The dishes, both meat and fish, follow the seasonality of ingredients, with part
