Beautiful, comfortable, cosy holiday complex "Vecchio Stazzo", built in 2008, surrounded by trees and meadows. House Equipment: air conditioning, washing machine (private use). Access & Parking: parking by the house. All-season motor access to the house. Car recommended, footpath 10 m, suitable for wheelchairs. Situation: of Santeodoro, quiet, sunny position in the countryside. View from the apartment of the garden and the river. Surroundings of the house: garden (private use, 200 m2, fenced). Facilities and distances: supermarket 500 m, restaurant 500 m, sandy beach 2 km, pebble beach 2.8 km, golf course 10 km, tennis 1 km, riding stables 2 km, children's playground 1.5 km, m bus stop 1.2 km. Please note, nearby is an ein airport/airfield in 27 km. 3-room apartment "vecchio stazzo", for 5 people, 58 m2, on the ground floor, comfortable and cosy furnishings. Living/dining room with local TV, satellite TV and dining-table. Smoking not allowed. Internet (Wireless LAN [WLAN]). 1 double sofa bed. Sleeping room with 1 double bed.
