Guest scores & sentiment

From 80 guest reviews · multi-source · as of 2026-07-21

Guests consistently praise the exceptionally warm and accommodating staff, especially Mohamed, along with the generous breakfast and quiet Medina location within walking distance of major sights. The main drawbacks are compact rooms, firm mattresses, occasional dampness or odors, limited soundproofing, and basic bathroom setups. Overall, it offers a cosy, well-hosted stay with typical riad space constraints.
