If you’re keen to try a delicious Lebaniego stew, you won’t find many better places than this, at the foot of the Picos de Europa, in the heart of the Liébana valley – a permanently verdant and captivating setting in which to enjoy typical and copious mountain cuisine. This well-run family restaurant inside the delightful Hotel Del Oso boasts a pleasantly rustic dining room where you can enjoy simple dishes that are nonetheless full of flavour and bring back memories of bygone days. The homemade desserts are also well worth a mention!
