This charming restaurant is housed in a converted olive oil mill on the Reşadiye peninsula. The building has been beautifully restored without compromising its authenticity, and boasts a lovely garden where you can dine beneath the olive trees. Duru Akgül's cuisine is contemporary and draws on the best the region has to offer. She tends her own kitchen garden and enjoys working with lesser-known seafood such as blue swimmer crab.
