一开始升房券选了最贵的两种套房：NoMad和Madison，入住前三天确认升级到了相对便宜的NoMad。入住当天通过app谈心问能不能换到价格差不多的Madison或者Liberty，结果一位叫Javier的哥们回复我说我们已经确认了您的升房券，您已经是套房了（我当然知道……），不死心的我又问了一遍能不能换房型，结果这大哥还是说您已经是套房了（沟通费劲）。本来再不抱希望了，然而在11am时发现居然真的给到了Liberty（甚至都不在升房券选项内）！也是很神奇的一次升房体验了。
硬件和服务都没得挑，view更是顶中顶，这次兑换血赚！

入住的时候企图和前台谈心，如论如何都不愿意给超过 Mahattan 级别的房型，那就算了吧。
没有问直接主动就给了 4pm。
送了个果盘，都挺好吃的。
除了办入住的那个，其他前台态度都挺好的。
