Set in a quiet residential area of Parma, Dado Hotel International is just off the A1 motorway and is 5 minutes' drive from Fiere di Parma exhibition center and the historic center. Free parking is provided. Rooms are air conditioned and feature a mini-bar and an LCD TV with satellite channels. Each one has a private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Here, two quiet, rustic-style dining rooms provide the backdrop for typical Parma specialities that change with the passing seasons – the “tortelli alle erbette” (tortelli pasta with herbs) with parmesan and melted butter is particularly delicious – all accompanied by an excellent choice of wines.
