Guest scores & sentiment

From 75 guest reviews · multi-source · as of 2026-07-22

Guests overwhelmingly praise the riad’s tranquil oasis atmosphere in the Medina, beautifully designed rooms, and stunning rooftop terrace with a pool. The manager Said and staff receive exceptional acclaim for their attentiveness, multilingual support, and personalized service. Breakfast and dinner are highly rated for quality and hospitality. Minor notes include slightly high evening meal prices, limited lunch options, and the labyrinthine Medina location requiring careful navigation. Overall, the experience is consistently outstanding.

＋ PraisedHost Said and staff are exceptionally warm and attentive · Extremely peaceful and quiet despite central Medina location · Stunning rooftop pool and terrace views · Delicious and authentic breakfast

－ ComplaintsNoise from daytime construction on neighboring building · Pool water is quite cold · Limited lunch options based on market availability · Expensive dinner with limited choices

KEYIdeal for travelers seeking tranquility and personalized service. Book airport transfers in advance due to the Medina’s maze-like layout. Dinner menus vary daily based on market supplies.
