Staff, especially Hassan’s team, are highly commended for warm, attentive service and seamless travel arrangements. Breakfast is generous and varied, while the courtyard and rooftop terrace offer a peaceful retreat. Minor drawbacks include average internal acoustics, limited blackout curtains in some rooms, and occasional Wi-Fi weakness. Overall, the experience is exceptional.
