This elegant 6-story triangular building, reminiscent of New York's Flatiron Building, offers 17 apartments in the heart of Nice. Dating back to 1908, the Aston la Scala Tourist Residence is conveniently located near the flower market, Golden Square, and Avenue Jean Médecin. It's just a 5-minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais and the Mediterranean Sea, and a 20-minute drive from Nice International Airport. Originally designed by architect François Fraticci, the building's unique rotundas and bay windows add to its charm. The residence offers a range of luxury apartments and is currently awaiting its 4-star Tourist Residence Classification.
