Seagull Bay Motel
Guest scores & sentiment
From 80 guest reviews · multi-source · as of 2026-07-20
Guests consistently praise the excellent walkable location, scenic lake views, and clean rooms. The Brownstone Trail access and downtown proximity are frequent highlights. Main drawbacks include small room sizes, awkward layouts with limited storage, average sound insulation, and occasional bed comfort mismatches. A minority report being assigned to an unlisted satellite building or a noisy road-facing room instead of the advertised property.
