Links to the public transport network are located just 50 metres away. The complex is situated within easy access of the Instituto Square, the Nautico Gardens and the Town Hall. The marina is just 100 metres away. The complex lies just steps away from a number of shopping, dining and entertainment opportunities. Oviedo is just a 20 minutes' drive from the complex. The ski region of Pajares is just a 1 hour's drive. This apartment complex comprises welcoming units.
