Guests consistently praise the unbeatable central location and walking convenience. Most find the apartments well-equipped, comfortable, and good value. The main drawbacks involve malfunctioning AC/heating, shower drainage issues, unreliable Wi-Fi, and unclear communication regarding additional fees. While overall satisfaction is high, maintenance and pre-arrival information require improvement.
