This sleek chalet overlooking Verbier serves big-boned, inventive Italian cuisine in a snug, stylishly appointed hotel. The carefully structured lineup stars a top-drawer cast of exceptional ingredients. In addition to artful plating, each dish reveals surgical craftsmanship, lashings of creativity, superlative quality and spot-on marriages of flavours. The eight-course tasting menu can be whittled down to six, even four courses depending on your appetite. We highly recommend the wine pairings, particularly if you opt for the tasting menu. Slick, seamless service.
