A true classic of Italian dining, Esplanade has held its star since 1992 and is so renowned among food lovers that it has become synonymous with Desenzano del Garda itself. Francesco Turturro’s cuisine is creative in feel, including various fish and seafood dishes alongside a few meat options and a menu dedicated exclusively to vegetables.

In the heart of Sirmione, La Speranzina is a romantic retreat suffused with the scent of the Mediterranean. The bright interiors, decorated in pale lours, convey a timeless elegance, while, in summer, the terrace offers rare emotional experiences: the sparkling lake, the castle reflected in the water, tables suspended between water and sky. In the kitchen, Delfo Schiaffino creates flavours with an expertise that produces technical yet harmonious dishes, in which blue lobster meets caviar and wagyu beef merges with hints of French haute cuisine, in a dance of textures and aromas that seduces th
