Guest scores & sentiment
From 331 guest reviews · multi-source · as of 2026-07-09
Guests praise the prime location near Plaza Cristal, friendly staff, and clean pool. Common complaints include aging room facilities (noisy/poor AC), hygiene issues (dust, pests, trash), insufficient towels or extra charges, noise disturbances, and inconsistent breakfast service.
KEYSuitable for budget travelers valuing location. Check room condition upon arrival, especially AC noise. Bring toiletries, verify towel policies, and request higher floors to avoid street noise.
