Coolum Caprice
Guest scores & sentiment
From 280 guest reviews · multi-source · as of 2026-07-11
Guests praise the unbeatable beachfront location and stunning views. However, many criticize the inconsistent quality of privately owned units, citing dated decor, worn-out furniture, poor mattresses, and occasional hygiene issues like mold. Maintenance responsiveness and noise levels are also common concerns.
