Located at the bottom of Deansgate, it's within walking distance of Manchester's business and shopping districts. Created by the team behind 1 Hotels, this unique hotel offers various pet-friendly spaces such as The Nest, the Backyard, and the Summer Courtyard (excluding Madera). Standard rooms welcome dogs, but guests are responsible for any damages. A £100 cleaning fee applies for excessively dirty rooms. Flexible cancellation is available until 11 AM the day before arrival. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM.

Its name is (almost) the English translation of the word ‘spätzle’ – which gives some clue as to the style of food on offer here.
