The past retains its fascinating appeal in this traditional restaurant situated in a small mountain village, where modern trends are ignored in favour of authentic dishes from the South Tyrol. Originally opened as an inn, the restaurant still offers a few simple and discreet rooms furnished in traditional style, as well as a new and modern sauna.

Situated in the centre of the small village of Varena (just outside the more famous Cavalese), this romantic and intimate restaurant with modern comforts and a mountain ambience is home to a talented female chef. Her contemporary recipes focus on local produce combined with Mediterranean flavours in some of the fish dishes and international ingredients such as foie gras.
