Knox Bistro

There’s an experienced team of French émigrés behind this bright and breezy bistro and it shows in all departments. This may be a French bistro—and one that’s a perfect fit for sophisticated Knox Street—but it doesn’t overdo the Gallic decoration. Take, for example, crispy, creamy potato “churros,” served with a fluffy, creamy caramelized onion dip (and an optional addition of caviar), or a roasted chicken paired with grilled chicories and sauce vin jaune. For dessert, an indulgent chocolate “candy bar” laye
