Guest scores & sentiment

From 85 guest reviews · multi-source · as of 2026-07-20

Guests appreciate the convenient metro access, nearby supermarkets, spacious modern apartment-style rooms with well-equipped kitchens, the rooftop pool, and generally friendly staff. However, the industrial surroundings, road noise in some units, mixed breakfast value, impractical duplex layouts, and occasional maintenance or cleanliness issues are frequently noted.

Under the term ‘ether’, derived from the Greek word for 'sky' or ‘firmament’, this restaurant gives physical form to the dream of the Tofé brothers, Sergio and Mario, who share the load, the former as chef and the latter as maitre d' and sommelier. The unassuming premises, just a few minutes' walk from Plaza de Legazpi, is intimate and minimalist, decorated with paintings by different artists. They favour a contemporary cuisine that is not devoid of personality, with interesting Latin American influences (especially from Mexico and Colombia) that speak to their experiences with chefs from the

This restaurant, situated halfway between the Estación Sur de Autobuses bus station and the Enrique Tierno Galván park, enthuses guests with its penchant for the historically inspired cooking of the city of Madrid. Chef Álex García de la Fuente has rediscovered and revived the city’s most historic recipes, bringing them up to date with his own personality. The à la carte, which features a section dedicated to tapas-style “bocados”, includes several dishes designed for sharing (the bocadillo de calamares with a citrus alioli – this is Madrid, after all!; the slightly spicy red prawns from Huelv

If you’re unfamiliar with the concept of Japan’s traditional pubs (izakayas), you’ll be pleasantly surprised by Yugo, which replicates the feel of this typical aspect of Japanese daily life. The impeccable setting, featuring spaces with two distinct ambiences plus a sushi bar with a profusion of wood and decorative masks and flags, provides the backdrop for cuisine prepared to the minutest detail by Julián Mármol, who skilfully combines Japanese and Mediterranean cuisine while respecting the subtlety of the Far East. Everything stems from his use of the finest ingredients, resulting in a succe

This celebrated chef keeps a watchful eye on everything here, closely following the cuisine created by resident head chef Domenico Vildacci. Home to the “world’s best flamenco tablao”, this historic venue is now enhanced by two highly distinct dining spaces: the Tablao restaurant, where you can dine while watching the live flamenco show; and a separate contemporary gastronomic space which is much quieter and has seating for just eight guests. In the latter, overseen by chef David García, the decor and service shine through, providing an impressive backdrop for a single, modern tasting menu (Compás) with a strong nod to the chef’s Basque origins. Another impressive feature here is the sublime wine cellar, which boasts a magnificent s

Located inside the luxurious and centrally located Hotel Urban, CEBO is run by Javier Sanz and Juan Sahuquillo, two young chefs who have enjoyed considerable success at their restaurants in Casa-Ibáñez (Cañitas Maite Gastro and Oba-). In this intimate and romantic setting, where high levels of service are very much to the fore, they look to explore in even greater detail the natural flavour of every ingredient (sourced from their own vegetable garden and small-scale producers around the country) with a focus on simplicity and superb technique, as highlighted in sauces that are perfectly balanc
