Guests highly praise the excellent location near the beach and city center, spacious layout, sea views from the large balcony, and responsive host communication. The apartment is generally clean with practical amenities and private parking. Common complaints involve street noise, bathroom odors or drainage issues, missing kitchen and bedding essentials, unclear directions within the large complex, and occasional worn furniture or appliance faults.
