Guest scores & sentiment
From 75 guest reviews · multi-source · as of 2026-07-21
Guests consistently praise the authentic Zakopane wooden architecture, historic atmosphere, and convenient location near the center and transport links. Breakfast is generally abundant and buffet-style, while rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with fridges and bathtubs. Drawbacks include inconsistent breakfast replenishment, occasional bed discomfort, street noise in some rooms, and sporadic service issues.
