The space is huge, with great views of the Red Sea. Inside, it’s all set around the central, traditionally styled domed oven, with a few private cabins also available. The menu is extensive, and offers an appealing mix of Lebanese dishes, some traditional, others with a modern makeover alongside numerous signature dishes. The flavours and textures are excellent, especially the kebabs. Bespoke mocktails add to the all-round experience.
