Guest scores & sentiment
From 80 guest reviews · multi-source · as of 2026-07-21
Guests consistently praise the abundant breakfast, convenient yet quiet location near Capivari center, spacious clean rooms, and attentive staff. Minor drawbacks include inconsistent mattress firmness, a stair-heavy layout that can be confusing, app-based AC requiring reception assistance at night, and occasional housekeeping or bathroom maintenance gaps. Overall, the stay is highly rated and recommended.
