Behind a glass frontage on the main street of Cité Vauban, a smiling welcome and friendly atmosphere await you in this recently refurbished, bright and wood-panelled space. Tuck into fragrant courgette gazpacho with olive oil, enhanced with tomato sorbet and fresh goat's cheese mousse, or plump and juicy duck breast accompanied by lime hummus and tangy raspberries. Run by Michaël Chassigneux for over 10 years, this restaurant has become a must in Briançon.
