In the kitchen, the current chef constructs a proposal structured across several tasting menus, among which Le Origini stands out: a collection of the house’s most representative creations, including the “Bottone al cremoso affumicato, essenza di crostacei e gambero rosso”, a successful synthesis o

Upon arrival, guests are invited to begin with an aperitif in the refined bar area with its terrace, an ideal setting in which to savour a magnificent island sunset. Housed on the first floor of the Tiberio hotel, this elegant restaurant boasts a terrace overlooking the rooftops of Capri. The regional and island specialities on the menu leave a lasting memory, such as the “montanara” (fried pizza), “casatiello” (a savoury bread from Naples) and the caprese-style ravioli, although more creative options also feature, especially among the desserts. All in all, an elegant dining experience.
