Its dishes are traditionally prepared with an emphasis on simplicity in order to allow the quality of the fish to shine through. Scampi features widely, while the “Badi” soup, breaded sea bass and various “na buzaru” dishes (stewed in white wine with parsley, garlic and breadcrumbs) are among the house specialities.
